AV PROJECT M & E
All projects require data for planning and implementation purposes, and the monitoring of data to evaluate performance (M & E).
AgriVisual has developed digital techniques for M & E purposes as follows:
- Research the sample size and location to ensure that statistically relevant data is collected.
- Record the sample data using a DVD camera in the field, along with the locations (determined by AV TRACKER, using Global Positioning System).
These records of sampled data and location are returned to the AV DRUM 21 HUB for analysis. Here the visual and audio reports are analysed using modern digital capture processes.
This AV PROJECT M & E service is efficient, instructional and informative, and a significant advance that adds value to the traditional written documents.
The network of AV DRUM 21 is equipped with cameras and trackers will have a national reach. It will be able to offer this extensive monitoring and evaluation service to projects countrywide.
